Outline Itinerary

  • Day 01: Arrive at Tribhuwan International Airport (TIA) Kathmandu
  • Day 02: Trek Preparation and Kathmandu Valley Sightseeing Tour
  • Day 03: Drive from Kathmandu to Synge/Jagat (1100m) Duration: 8 hours
  • Day 04: Jagat to Dharapani (1960m) Duration: 6 hours
  • Day 05: Dharapani to Chame (2630m) Duration: 5 hours
  • Day 06: Chame to Pisang (3300m) Duration: 5 hours
  • Day 07: Pisang to Manang (3570m) Duration: 4 hours
  • Day 08: Manang – Acclimatization day
  • Day 09: Manang to Yak Kharka (4,110m) Duration: 3 – 4 hours
  • Day 10: Yak kharka to Thorong Phedi (4,600m) Duration: 3 – 4 hours
  • Day 11: Thorong Phedi to Muktinath (3800m) crossing over Thorong La Pass (5416m) Duration: 7/8 hours
  • Day 12: Muktinath to Jomsom (2600m) Duration: 5 hours
  • Day 13: Jomsom to Pokhara
  • Day 14: Drive back to Kathmandu
  • Day 15: Leisure day
  • Day 16: Farewell

Cost Includes

  • All airport/hotel transfers by private vehicle
  • Four nights’ accommodation with breakfast at a 3-star hotel in Kathmandu
  • A night accommodation with breakfast at a 3-star hotel in Pokhara
  • Guided sightseeing in Kathmandu with a tour guide and all temples/monuments entrance fees
  • Full board meals with tea/coffee (breakfast, lunch and dinner) during the trek
  • Best available twin sharing room for accommodation during the trek
  • Surface transfer from Kathmandu – Beshisahar by private car and from Beshisahar to Syange by local jeep
  • Jomsom – Pokhara airfare including departure tax
  • Surface transfer from Pokhara – Kathmandu by tourist bus
  • An experienced English-speaking (trekking guide), porter to carry luggage (2 trekkers: 1 porter) including their salary, insurance, equipment, flight, food and lodging
  • All necessary paper work and permits (ACAP, Trekking permit)
  • A comprehensive medical kit

  • Nepal entry visa: you can obtain a visa easily upon your arrival at Tribhuwan International Airport in Kathmandu. (a multiple-entry tourist visa good for 30 days can be obtained by paying US $ 40 or equivalent foreign currency. Similarly, multiple-entry tourist visas for 90 days can be obtained by paying US $ 100. Please bring 2 copies of passport-size photos.)
